Laurent Guerrier is an entrepreneur and executive with a global expertise in management of luxury brands.
He is recognized by industry peers for his creativity, interpersonal skills and expertise in luxury, fashion, and accessory retail and wholesale channels.
Laurent started his career in 1991 at Hermès and worked his way up to the position of General Manager for one of Group divisions in the U.S. In 2002, he received a MBA in Europe and moved back to NYC.
His determination to remain an active player in luxury inspired him to found Lutège (www.lutege.com), label dedicated to custom-made creations. He is also the co-founder and the President of a nonprofit organization called 4th Avenue Luxury Executive Club, Inc (www.4thavenue.org) that caters to CEOs in the Luxury sector and encourages dialogue and exchange amongst top executives.
His conviction in the power of human capital and talent empowerment led him build Luxe Avenue, Inc. in 2006.

Laetitia Azoulay has over 10 years of experience in business and organization consulting, during which she acquired an extensive knowledge in human resources management practices.
Prior to joining Luxe Avenue in 2009, she was a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (Bearing point) in Europe and Asia, where she specialized in process analysis and job (re)design.
Laetitia holds a certificate in Human Resources Management from McGill University, Canada. She was named to the Dean's Honour List and was awarded the Honda de Sigi limited award.
Her knowledge of human resources management practices and in particular her specialization in employment strategies - job analysis techniques, critical tasks analysis, selection plan and interviewing & screening methods - are valuable asset to assist the clients in selecting the best candidates.

She obtained her bachelor degree in Business Management cum laude from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Upon a brief career in fashion modeling, she made a shift as an executive assistant to a CEO of a major French jewelry brand.
Being exposed there to human resources management, she decided to pursue a career in recruiting.
Her fashion and business management background allow her to be a resourceful recruiter, who assists clients with finding suitable candidates for mid-management positions.
